Copy_opening and BCF package run successfully but no data records generated

HI,

I am working on BPC 7.5, I have maintain BCF rule as below.

I have also maintained Copyopening.lgf and also created package. I have uplaoded TB of 1 co. with period Dec.2010 with Flow F_999(closing)

Now when I am running copyopening and BCF package, system is running package successfully but is not generating any records.

Would appreciate ideas if any.
