No authorization to create job in structural authorization

Dear Experts,

I have maintained structural authorization profile for the user to access particular units in org structure,user getting "No Authorization" error while trying to create job..

I have used SBESCX Evaluation path and i have tried different options of evaluation path..

Kindly give me your suggestion to solve this issue..

Roles are perfect..it seems only prob with structural authorization..
