Slow Log in of Specific User in SAP B1

Hi All,

We encounter some issues with regards to Logging-in of specific UserID in SAP, it takes around 2 to 3 mins before the GUI will be responsive. This is not happening on other UserID, we already set the add-ons to manual but still same behavior. Any suggestions.

Does the issue occur on one machine with this user ID, or on other workstations as well? Does it happen when you login with this user ID on the server?
