We have two GRC Systems GRC Quality QA and GRC Dev and connected to ISCALATMR1 and SCALATST

GRC QA connected to ISCALATMR1 system

GRC DEV Connected to SCALATST system

When ever I have run risk analysi for below userid, I got different report for same user which is having same access in both systems.

For the userid: GRC_3, GRC QA - ISCALATMR1 and GRC DEV - SCALATST reported different results.

F001 and F022 are missing in the GRC QA report, these risks are shows in GRC DEv Report fro userid: GRC_3.

The conflict are between the roles below:

F001: Finance Accountant and Maintain Cost Centers

F001: Finance Master Data and Maintain Cost Centers

F022: Finance Accountant and Maintain Cost Centers

The GRC_1 user also have the roles above but the both GRC reports are same for that use: GRC_1.

Could you please help me to find out what the problem was and also how to fix it?

CALBAL having same access in ISCALATMR1 and SCALATST

GRC QA Report for userid:CALBAL

GRC Dev Report for userid:CALBAL

I ran the SOD checks for some more users who has Finance Accountant and Maintain Cost Centers or Finance Master Data and Maintain Cost centers.

Please find the results in the file attached. Results are different for more users.

My manager said that " You might have to go into the details of the SOD rulesets in GRC QA and GRC DEV.  We should verify that their are not any differences between the two."

How to do this checking.

GRC QA

GRC DEV

GRC Dev

GRC Qa

Hi Nagaraju,

1 question before suggesting below work:

Are your 2 systems the same I mean both are 4.6C or ECC or BW or BI.

If not then difference is bound to happen.

Now your tries:

Go into Risk F001 and you will find 2 functions A & B.

Open function A and compare the values in both systems and same goes for function B.

This will result in comparison in your rulesets.
