Hello,
We recently upgraded AC 10.0 to from SP07 to SP10.
As a consequence, the firefighter controllers receive items in their workinbox with the firefighter log.
However, when they open the item, the "submit" button disappeared in the log.
That's quite difficult then to approve the log.
Does anybody has experience with it and know how to get it back
I have posted an OSS message to SAP but no feedback received yet.

Hi Johan,
As a first step can you check your MSMP Workflow for Process ID (SAP_GRAC_FIREFIGHT_LOG_REPORT),in the Maintain Paths(Step 5),if the Task Settings in Display Task Settings for the stage has the Confirm Approval and Confirn Rejection check boxes checked.Unless untill these checkboxes are checked you will not be able to see the Approve(Submit) and reject buttons.
