How to change the Schema after an Expense Report is Created ?

Hi All,

Is there a way to change the schema for a Trip, after the Expense Report is created ?

We have many instances where the users choose the wrong schema and enter the expenses, but then realize that Schema needs to be changed. They cannot change the Schema and end up deleting the Expense Report to create a new one.

And that's the way it should be.

Technically it is possible to change the schema after the trip, but this is a very bad idea both technically and functionally.

Solution: discipline your endusers.

Hi Ram

Lukas is right here .. you cannot in the webdynpro change the schema for an expense report - this can only be done in PR05 if prompted (e.g. in the scenario that you choose domestic schema and then enter international destination) but this is not possible in the web solution.
