SUP 2.1.3 ultraliteJ error [-1497]

I just started working on SUP.I downloaded the SUP101-Android Object API Project (2.2 SP01) from http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-8803.

It was working fine for sometime but once I restarted the system and started working again, it is not displaying the customer list on the emulator (only the button is displayed). The logcat reads ultraliteJ error [-1497] synchronization failed because mobilink returned authentication status '4' with value '4000' .I have attached a screenshot of the error .

Please help

My guess is, the security configuration set-up on the  package that you have deployed is asking you to pass needed user credentials. What you can do is, you can create a security configuration. Where you can pick "NoSecLoginModule" Authentication & Authorization provider. Assign this security configuration to your package in "<your Domain> -> <your package> -> settings -> security configuration".

All the best!!!

Exactly ! I also delete all the connections in SCC ,and the auth error was not occured. But I want to know is this a BUG of the SUP? If many more devices connect to the SUP, I don't know whether the error will happend again.

Hi Wu Jean,

It depends on the license your SUP has.So if you need more number of users to be connected, you need a different license. Please chk the docs to find out what type of license you must use
