Product Costing in REM

Hello Gurus,

I am working on an enhancement project , where SAP is already implemented  , and  using  REM (repetetive manufacturing)

we want  implement product costing. Could you please guide me step by step procedure to implement this from PP perspective

.The configuration that is required to be done.

Dear PP sap2012,

I'm not sure how you have implemented REM without product costing.

1. In a REM environment a Product cost collector for each material's production version is

maintained.

2.Only if a Product Cost collector exists for the combination of material,plant and production version,

the production confirmations can be carried out using MFBF.

3.Necessary settings should be first maintained in REM Profile under Control Data tab for posting

activities and backflush using preliminary cost estimate or else based on the standard cost estimate

of the material.
