Pre-defined Crystal reports and Dashboards

Hi Everyone,

Do you guys have any idea about SAP Delivered Pre-Defined  Crystal Reports and Dash-Boards. If so, Could you please let us know "Where can we identify them in ECC"? ( I mean in any particular T-code or any??) , What are the necessary settings we need to do.. to make them available to use and "Can we customize them"? If So How to customize?? kindly help us to know as one of our client need Sap Delivered Reports and dashbords without SAP BI/BW server.

And what are Embeded Analytics  & how are they related to the above?
