Hello Everyone,
We are going for Saudi Arabia roll out and i need to add few additional fields to Addresses, Personal Information and Family members/Dependents iviews from portal end.
Currently, the the R/3 system is on EHP 5 and we are using 24 MOLGA grouping for all configurations for this roll out. But the portal system is not upgraded and i could not find any saudi arabia related screens in portal. So i need to add those additonal fields(i.e Arabic first Name, Arabic Last Name, Iqama number, Iqama expiry Date, Border Entry No. etc etc) to the portal existing screens and need to show those fields only for saudi portal users.
I am new to ESSMSS configuration and Webdynpro Java customisation. So need your valuable suggestions and help for adding those fields.
Thanks in Advance...
Regards,
Raju
For SA, there are no separate screens, you might have to reuse some existing country of 99 for SA.
Might be you can make copy of 99 i.e. global screen and make the changes on top of it.

Hi Yugandhar,
Thank you...
ESSMSS was already implemented for 5 different country which uses country grouping 99. I found out that for Bank Information, Personal Data,Addresses and Family Members/Dependents different country iviews are being used and now we are using 24 as country goruping in R/3 and need some additional fields to the existing screens. And i could not find any separate global screens for 99 country grouping in portal.
Kindly let me know, if we have any separate iviews for country grouping 99 in portal?
Thanks in Advance.

Raju
For Saudi the service specific settings are available from EhP5. You can add the additional fields like National ID, Iqama Details, Passport Details etc. You can follow the below steps:
Go to SPRO --> Personnel Management --> Employee Self-Service (WDA) --> Service-Specific Settings --> Personal Information --> Personal Profile --> execute "Determine Active Subtypes and Make Settings". Select the 24 as country grouping as 24 and continue.
Here under IT0185 you have almost 12 sub types. select the ones that you want. Hope this helps.
