BPC 10NW Portal

Hi BPC Experts,

I used BPC 10 NW for development machine. I would like to ask you about BPC portal, why while I typed http://<server>:/sap/bpc/web system take it so long and not appears anything. But while I type http://<server>/sap/bpc system always appears authentication windows, after I log on I have to change an URL to be http://<server>/sap/bpc/web to continue next steps. I used http and port 80 for BPC http protocol.

Please any suggestions for my case.

hi SAP BPC,

Which i mentioned above is the one. rather than asking here, plz. you would ask your basis team, they are the one who need to provide the right web link of sap bpc.

portal its not unique to all

http://XXXXXXXXXXXXX.com:aaaa/sap/bpc/web

xxxxx = server

aaaa= port number

I tested already your suggestion to change my default port to be 9000, still same  you know. Because of that, I will ask somebody for suggestion.

Hi sap bpc,

i didn't mean to use 9000. that number vary, i just said as example.

you ask your basis team they need to provide that extact port number.

This is not the unique port, its varies to company(think so).

so plz ask your basis team and use in that formate.

Hi Sap bpc,

in my case we are using 9000, Port which your using in proxy not the one.

sl plz check with your basis team and try that port number, it will work
