Hi All

I have one issue, when user tried to run the report  he failed to run the report and got below error..............

RFC error received

connection closed without message (CM_NO_DATA_RECEIVED)

Can some one please help me to sort out this issue,

Did you tried with Single signon logon for JCO destination path configuration?

Hi Bhaskar,

There are different logons available while configuring JCO destination like Single Signon, Logon Ticket etc., I'd suggest you to change the logon entry for JCO.

Basis team will do this kind of activities. Check with them.

Hi Bhaskar,

These settings were done by my BASIS team and I do not have authorizations for the configuration page, otherwise I could share some screen captures.

However, I could found a document on configuring JCO settings online.

If nothing seems to work out, I'd suggest you to raise an OSS call with SAP.

Note: My suggestion might work out if the issue is universal and not pertaining to a particluar user.

Hi Harish

it is specific to only one user , he is currently unable to run the report on his system but he is able to run the same report with his colleague system with his credentials.

i have one doubt - we are loading data r3 to BW and report created on BW info provider, so please let me know where JCO can use in this  process.

Hi

I just identified on user system  Bex Analizer -  Excel ADD Ins Tab not showing options like "open quer, save,refresh, toll..."

Is it cause to  the user to get the error message?

Please some one help me to sort out.

Hi

User connected to the BW system through analizer from his credentials.

But i have seen analizer on user system and identified under Add Inns Tab all the options like open, save, refresh and all other options are not available.

It means, is the analizer working fine?

and please let me know is it cause to get the error below?
