Dates in preventive maintenance order

Hi,Friends

In any Maintenance order how to capture Actual start date for Order creation and End date of order complitionand in the same order what is the Shut down start time and complition time.

i want these dates captured separately.

please light up on this issue.

My doubt is While creatingmaintenance  order and Closing of order where i have to enter dates so that i am able to differntiate when order has created and when actual shut down date started and shut down created?

As I mentioned earlier, Actual order start date & end date will come from confirmation.

For capturing shut down start date & end date, make use of Malfunction start date & end date in Notification. Don't tick Breakdown tick box, so that MTBR / MTTR report will not consider this time while calculating down time.

Actual Start date & End date will get updated in the order as per the confirmation done in IW41.

What is meant by shut down date??
