Hi everyone,
Yesterday we installed Framework 4.5 in our server and then we generated a new version of our add-on and registered it in SAP B1. It won't start automatically for one of our companies but it will do it for the other one. What could be the problem here? Could it be the framework or could it be something in the company database? Any help would be appreciate. Thank you very much in advance.

Have you checked with the System User rights try with administrative rights ...

Thank you very much for taking the time to answer my question. We went through all the process again to make sure we had done everything correct, including using administrative rights. At the end, the solution to the issue was somehow odd. Anyway I hope it might be useful for other people facing the same problem.
What was happening was that after installing the add-on, logged in as manager, the user preference for that add-on, for manager, was set to Manual. For some reason in the Add-On Administration the default group was set to the same value as in user preference, that is Manual. Even if you changed it to Automatic, in Add-On Manager it would show up as Manual. For every other user the user preference was still set to Default.
So what we did was change the user preference for manager to Automatic, logged out, then logged in again, change once more the user preference for manager to Default, logged out, then logged in and the add-on would connect automatically.
