Hi,

When creating the masterdata,i hired a person on 01.05.2011.I maintained the same date thru out.

But while saving the Copy of Basic Pay screen.Its throwing an error as:Change before earliest retro date 01.06.2012 acc to control rec to payroll area.

How should i proceed further.PLease give your solutions asap.

Dear Chrispriya,

My understanding as per error message is that earliest retro account date of IT 0003 maintained as 01.06.2012. So system is allowing to make any changes before 01.06.2012.

Go to PU03 T-Code, enter personnel no. and execute. Maintain proper Earliest.Pers.RA date and try.
