MDG-S : Error in getting proper agent group; no agent group found

Hi All,

This is in MDG-S.

On submitting the CR, the status is "To Be Evaluated"

I am getting the below error for the workflow step "Check if Single Agent-Group Processing"

Error: Error in getting proper agent group; no agent group found

Please suggest where can I verify this. Or what can be causing this.

Hi Rani,

  MDG-S derives the agents for its workflow from a brfplus decision table. In MDGIMG, please navigate to Master Data Governance->Master Data Governance for Supplier->Workflow->Assign Processor to Workflow Step Number in BRFplus for Supplier and fill this table.
