Attachments in Business Package for CRM

Hi together,

have anybody an idea what the reason is, that I can't open attachements (pdf, bmp) which I have assigned to a business partner in the business package for crm? I have the link but nothing happen if I click on it.

Inside the SAPGui it isn't a problem to open or download the attachement.
