How can create non valueated material for sales

Hi guru ,

I am new in this field ,

I am on one implantation project , there business is rental business, Company store some commodity in there warehouse with reference of customer and charge rent against it per month.

My question are following :

1- what type of materiel i have to create so that it should not post in inventory account ? because these commodity is not asset of the company.

2- who can i create this material because i have to deliver it again to the customer and charge rent against it  ?

3- i want to do good inward in warehouse with customer reference, than how can i do it ?
