Some intresting Issue...Need help urgent ...

I am really having problem and for me it's look really interesting problem....

Hear is the scenario ..I have the custom Z time dependent master data InfoObject and I am trying to load the data into this, but all data is not getting updated into this, 30 to 40 % record are missing while data loading and data is loading via PSA but if you check the missing record in PSA , I am able to see all missing records and moreover interesting thing is that when I do the simulate test with missing record it's simulate perfectly and finally it's showing the simulate records as well, when we check the data target view in simulate.

but when we run it for data loading and those record are not getting update in master data table.

We are using the start routine and update routine but every things looks fine when you debug the update rule and start routine and finally it's giving the desire simulate result but when you run the update it's just dropping the records.

I hope you got the problem if not pls let me know, I will give you more input in this..

Please help me out for this...
