Export crystal reports from InvoView - wrong filenames

Hello, we have some problems with export reports (as PDF, XLS, etc) in InfoView.

Our reports have cyrillic (unicode) filenames, and after export we got unreadable filenames (i.e. - "40==K5 -- - -- -- .rpt.pdf", "40==K5 -- - -- $- .pdf", etc).

If report has english filename - exported filename is correct.

How we can fix it? Please help.

Do you have russian lang pack as well as russian locale set in the product ?

Yes, we have.

Problem with CR export only, other places are correct. (report viewing, webI export, etc).

To reproduce this problem:

1. rename report to filename i.e. "Тестовый отчет", and
2. try to export it from infoview in PDF.

In my case, I got filename "-5AB-2K9 -BG5B.pdf"

sounds like a bug or maybe OS config - I'd say raise support case with SAP.

If you export from the Report Designer does it work?

I try to export report from CR Viewer - but got error that report based on repository can not to be viewed.

In CR i got filaname like "~crw{8AF5CEBF-C48B-41D9-9F76-44F8F84657FA}.pdf".
