SAP Business One has stopped Working

Dear All,

We are facing the SAP Business One has Stopped working issue.....with the following details.

Problem signature:

  Problem Event Name: APPCRASH

error appears when  I open the report that i create with crystal report at SAP Business One

Please check SAP Notes:

report

Symptom

Sometimes it is not possible to open a customized Crystal report within SAP
Business One with dump file generated.

Cause

Help for error analysis

Solution

The issue might be related to regional language setting for the operation
system.
Different regional languages configured in a workstation might cause
the issue. Change the regional language setting will in this case resolves the
issue.

I using Terminal Services, so client access SAP with Remote Desktop Connection with same Regional setting

I did re-installation CR  with Administrator Rights, but  its still stopped working
