Gross Price field editable in ML81N

Hello Experts,

We are unable to make the "Gross Price" field editable in ML81N.

Information:

1. We have already tried: SPRO>MM>Ext Serv Mgmt>Define Screen Layout. Attached screen shot is for your reference:

2. Already read the post: http://scn.sap.com/thread/503323 : Problem is similar: Field groups : Price and value fields are not visible here.

3. We are using ZSPO Doc Type with field selection: FOF (Framework order) with layout SRV.

4. Not finding field selection: FOF in Define Screen Layout list.

What additional settings are required to be done, please advice.

Hi,

Go to, SPRO - Materials Management - External Services Management - Define Screen Layout

Here double click on '4 - Purchase Order', Double click on 'Price and value fields'

Select the 'Price chgble. at service entry' radio button as 'Optional'. Save the settings.

Now, create a new service PO and you will find a new check mark field under the 'services' tab,

Activate the 'Price Change Allowed' check box in PO and save the PO.

Now create service entry sheet through ML81N and you will find the 'Gross price' field editable.

We were simply NOT CLICKING on the 4 and trying to use Magnifier Button by selecting the line earlier.

Do you want to have this Gross price field to display particularly for ZSPO then Go to SPRO>MM>Ext Serv Mgmt>Define Screen Layout. And click on New entries and enter youe document type here and in 'Price and value fields' choose Gross price field to display mode and save.

Instead of New entry, You can copy the 4 Purchase order line. Give a try in development server. It works.
