The error comes when the material is marked for deletion and this is done through MM06 and this message has been used in the following Programs:

FV45PF0M_MAAPV_SELECT

FV45PF0M_MAEPV_SELECT

FV45PF0M_MAKT_SELECT

FV45PF0M_MT61D_SELECT

Agreed that this message comes when material has deletion flag. But is this message is hardcoded in program?? and not in spro...

Eg, u can find V4 messages in SPRO - SD - Sales - Sales Documents - Define Variable Messages.

The same way, can we get, V1406 in SPRO anywhere?

Thanks for you Reply

I would like to tell you that Application V1 are the error that is Standard in SAP and hard coded and can't be changed by configuration, I highly recommend you don't modify it.

Where as you can handle Application V4,VL,M7 etc. through SPRO.

We have a scenario, Material has deletion flag on client level (MM06) so whenever we create new SO, it throws an information message saying "material has deletion flag on client level".. The same message, we would like to have when we are copying SO to SO...

How it is possible in standard SAP?
