Interactive data missing in Solution manager system

Hello,

We have configured ECC Production system in solution manager system.

We are preparing status report based on data we receive in solution manager system available of ECC Production system.

Past few days we suddenly stopped receiving few of the data in solution manager. (i.e. CPU Usage) under sm_workcenter > Technical Monitoring > Interactive Reporting.

We have already restarted Host agent for both ECC and Solman system.
