net price displays in FD order type

Hi ,

I am trying to create Free of charge order.But the net price displays in the order.

Item category is KLN .

I have checked the pricing procedure and it looks fine.

Can you pls advice wat I might have missed out.

Hi,

First of all check what is the amount it is coming in net value whether that is price or tax, if found that the condition check statistical is active against that condition or not in the pricing procedure.

Or else check in pp is there any condition without statistical by that you come to know.

Check once or past the analysis of the condition (for which value is updating )and pp here

It seems that you have not defined separate pricing procedure for FOC sales. The pp u have pasted above is normal depot sales procedure where in for FOC we have to check STATISTICAL for every condition type in the PP, which will ensure that no net value in the sales order.

Please check the pp determination if u have already using separate pp for FOC sales.

In item category KLN set pricing as '  ' (Blank). As item is not priced as 100% Discounted item but a free Item.

Hi Siva & abhinav , I tested in development server with pricing as "B" only and it works fine . but in QAS server It doesnt work ..

  The pricing for the Item category need to be Blank,please test it and confirm.

i think ''B'' only works when all Free goods configuration is fulfilled in the system
