How to Map STO PO to Outbound delivery

Hi Experts,

Is there any report where we can see the outbound delivery created for STO Purchase Order.

I have STO PO number but not able to trace the Outbound delivery created for that STO PO .

Please englight me on it.

Hi Karan,

Check in Table EKBE - History per Purchasing Document

Here check for Field "PO History Category" (BEWTP)

Youo will get following PO History Categories

E - Goods Receipt (MIGO - 101)

U - Goods Issue (VL10B / VL10D - 641)

L - Outbound Delivery (VL01N)

R - Invoice Receipt (MIRO)

Pick up the dates of the documents according to the above PO History Categories

Second option you can use

LIPS AND LIKP  are derivery related tables.(Field Reference VGBEL Reference document shows purchase order)

You can find here also or use MKPF for getting Purchase Order related information

What is the difference between PO history category "U" and "L"? Can you please explain with a practical/business example?

Hi Karan,

In most of PO related standard reports you have an option of displaying PO history data. Any outbound delivery which is created with ref. to the STO PO is displayed in the PO history data. You can identify it using Transaction Key DLVR (Delivery Note).

PO history data is displayed even in reports like ME2N, ME80FN etc.

Still if you require any specific layout, the you can design it via query SQVI using tables

EKKO,EKPO,EKBE,LIPS and LIKP.

    In purchase order History tab you get goods issue 641 movement coloum that is out bound delivery document.

  In EKKO table in selection screan enter supplying plant and exicute.

  EKBE table in selection screan enter movement type 641 youget STO POs.

in LIPS you can see the STK PO as reference document (  VGBEL ) item ( VGPOS)

You can check in PO history tab, and also the PO history table EKBE.

You may also use EKBE table. check the field Trans/Event type would be 6 "Goods issue for Stock transfer " for Outbound deliveries.

ME80FN execute t- code and select "change view icon" at header level and then select PO history check delivery number in that

On selection screen you can give supplying plant as well
