We are using a Call Manager Avaya version 5.2 as a gateway with H323 trunk, the inbound calls work fine, but outbound calls do not work, when you make a call with the cdt to the PSTN or some extension of the Avaya, it appear the message “Call Failed Reason unknown”.
In BCM, I configured a H323 Gateway and Destination route to send all the calls with any unknown number (#* -> *) to the BCM Avaya.
In the logs of H323 bridge appears a message that said “IE: CauseNoCircuitChannelAvailable” (I attach the log of one call)
The Avaya Administrator said that the CM Avaya does not receive any information of the call.
Does anyone have any idea what could be happening?
