Unable to create Maintenance order- No personalization data found

Hi All,

In Maintenance Management Role for Technician, I am able to create a notification fine... but when i select the notification from POWL and/or try to create a Maintenance Order - the new create order windows pop-ups and displays a error message " No personalization data found".

- If i selected from the POWL notification list, it doesn't display the notification number in the order screen.

How to go about this? Is there any configuration required to resolve this?

Help me with your inputs.

    Nazeer,

    You might be using Netweaver Portals UI over SAP-PM. For Portals you have to maintain Personalization dialogs for every User.

    Transaction codes for Personalization are as below:

    a) FPB_MAINTAIN_PERS_S – Maintain Personalization Data for Individual User

    b) FPB_SHOW_PERS_DATA – Display Personalization Data

    c) FPB_DELETE_PERS_DATA – Delete Personalization Data

    d) FPB_MAINTAIN _PERS_M – Maintain Personalization Data for Multiple Users

    Note: The Characteristics Values for each Dialogs will change based on each User’s role (eg. Planner, Supervisor, Technician etc.)

    For PM Technician role, you will have to maintain Personalizations Dialogs as below:

    DIA_MT_NOTIFICATION,

    DIA_MT_OBJECT,

    DIA_MT_OBJLIST,

    DIA_MT_ORDER_AER,

    DIA_MT_ORDER_STRUCTURE,

    DIA_MT_PLANT,

    DIA_MT_REP.

    Remember to “Save” the Characteristics data values for each Personalization Dialogs.

      Nazeer,

      Yes, you have to maintain Personalization Dialogs for each User. There is a mass transaction listed above.

      I am not sure what other configuration is required on Portals side. But you will have to maintain Reports related Launchpad configuration in Backend. Goto - Spro > Plant Main. & Customer Service > Maintenance Roles > Reporting > Setup Launchpads - you will have to maintain Launchpads for each Role.
