ABAP/4 Processor: ITAB_DUPLICATE KEY

Hi BW Experts,

We are facing issue when loading master and transactional Load jobs.

We are getting error message as ABAP/4 Processor: ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY and the request is not sending to source system and no job is triggering in BW.

What we are doing to resolve this issue temporarly is we are re-scheduling the job as it's not triggered.

Can any one of you please analyse and tell what's the reason for this type of error. And it will be great if you tell the root-cause for this issue.
