IC WEBClient - Data flow from Account confirmation to other txns

Dear All,

We have an issue in IC WEB where Confirmed account details are not being passed to other transaction which are linked via TXn profile 😔

However when i access the interaction record and select "FOLLOW UP txn type , it gets poulated . and both the txn types which are being accessed are same.

ANy inputs??
