Has anybody had experience deleting ad hoc issues and associated workflow. I asume this would be done using the transaction to delete cases and workflows, but do you know if they are any consequences of doing this?
Hi Paul,
Stumbled upon this while searching for a solution to the same question. And while I do not have an answer, I was hoping to understand the final approach you followed.
Tried doing this with the options SAP had listed - SCASE and the admin route via SPRO. In my testing, case itself deletion was successful. However, the associated relationships (eg: issue - regulation relationship stored in a non-case table GRFNREGMAPPING) and data stored in custom enhancements (ZGRCT_AI9* tables) were not deleted. So, I'm curious to know the approach you took to handle ad-hoc issue deletion(case + associations + workflow).
Appreciate your help!
