How to create a PI Sheet

can anyone explain me with screenshots and map the PI sheet.

Please assist me.

Hi,

PI sheets is a big subject.. These PI sheets are normally used in process industries.

Basics is as follows.

In the process order for the phases they maintain control recipe destinations. These control recipe destinations contain Process instruction categories and these Process instruction categories contain message category.

Now after the process order creation, during release they generate control recipe.

Through Transaction CO53 this control recipe is sent to destination which PI sheet creation.

Now in CO60 user enters the relevant data in the PI sheet and closes the PI Sheet.

Now Process messages gets generated and when the CO54 transaction is executed these messages sent to destination i.e. Process order and values gets updated in the process orders.

In additon of above points, You can check below configuration steps.

·         SPRO-->PPPI --> PROCESS MANAGEMENT --> CONTROL RECIPE/PI SHEET --> DEFINE & SETUP CONTROL RECIPE DESTINATIONS

·         SPRO-->PPPI --> PROCESS MANAGEMENT --> CONTROL RECIPE/PI SHEET --> SELECTION VARIANTS FOR PI SHEET --> DEFINE SELECTION VARIANTS FOR PI SHEET

·         SPRO-->PPPI --> PROCESS MANAGEMENT --> CONTROL RECIPE/PI SHEET --> SELECTION VARIANTS FOR PI SHEET --> ASSIGN SELECTION VARIANTS FOR PI SHEET

·         SPRO-->PPPI --> PROCESS MANAGEMENT > DEFINE PI CATEGORIES FOR PI SHEET.

You should follow these above configuration steps in PI sheet.

After the above configuration Maintain the control recipe destination in recipe then assign the process instructions to the operations.

Then follow the below steps.

COR2 Generate After creating the process order release

CO53 Control Recipe Monitor Send the control Recipe

CO58 PI Sheet Maintain Input the values in the control recipe (PI sheet)

Hi Rama,

Have u check my second thread in details bcoz there PI sheet congfig available with Screen shots.

For PI sheet i think no one can give step by step or screen shot congfig details as better u can reads these threads & refer SAP help files.

Check & revert.

I need to create a PI sheet....which i have no idea.

My client needs to create a PI sheet for PO which are already created.

Config.s are already created. So, need assistancce on PI sheet aand i have not seen any PI sheet so far as well.

Hi Rama,

You have created PI sheet or you need to create PI sheet ?

I have provided all details which i have using that only i cofig my PI sheet.PL check both links carefully also i have give you process from Master data upto PI sheet config level.

You can check PI sheet in ur sandbox also using CO60 or check in IDES.
