No Phrases assigned to Phrase Set - CBIH82

Dear All,

I have created phrae, phrase set and assigned phrase to phrase set too... But i am not gettng my list of phrase set in "Injury/Illness" tab in transaction CBIH82 person involved "more details".

Kindly suggest me your ideas to fix this.
