The PO’s successfully created but PI sheet not created for the orders.
How to create PI Sheet for finish and semi-finished products?

Check if you have released the control recipes in the order and then check in CO53 for the released instructions.

How to create a PI Sheet
am new to PP PI
In additon of above points, You can check below configuration steps.
· SPRO-->PPPI --> PROCESS MANAGEMENT --> CONTROL RECIPE/PI SHEET --> DEFINE & SETUP CONTROL RECIPE DESTINATIONS
· SPRO-->PPPI --> PROCESS MANAGEMENT --> CONTROL RECIPE/PI SHEET --> SELECTION VARIANTS FOR PI SHEET --> DEFINE SELECTION VARIANTS FOR PI SHEET
· SPRO-->PPPI --> PROCESS MANAGEMENT --> CONTROL RECIPE/PI SHEET --> SELECTION VARIANTS FOR PI SHEET --> ASSIGN SELECTION VARIANTS FOR PI SHEET
· SPRO-->PPPI --> PROCESS MANAGEMENT > DEFINE PI CATEGORIES FOR PI SHEET.
You should follow these above configuration steps in PI sheet.
After the above configuration Maintain the control recipe destination in recipe then assign the process instructions to the operations.
Then follow the below steps.
COR2 Generate After creating the process order release
CO53 Control Recipe Monitor Send the control Recipe
CO58 PI Sheet Maintain Input the values in the control recipe (PI sheet)
Check & Revert.
