Email sent to vendor

Hello,

Normally when we created PO and release it, output message is triggerred and email sent to Vendor. When email sent PO creator gets two emails.

1. Delivery note. (when emial sent from SAP).

2. Return receipt (when vendor reads email).

But now I am not interested in all these emails....I am only interested to know if the message dont reach to vendor.

Please tell me in this case:
1. Any standard solution available in SAP.

2. In the above 2 messages, suppose I want only "Return receipt" than what changes are required, any SAP note to achieve this?

check SOST tcode you get cleare information about sending pending email information.

Hi Kunal,

You can check it by yourself by using SOST tcode. Here you can check whether Email Sent to vendor(green color) / still processing by system (yellow color) / Transmission error (red color).
