Questions about Crystal Reports and licenses

I wrote an e-mail to know the answers for the questions below and a person who is in charge

gave me an answer with a link which is possible for downloading the licenses.

And now I have a new thing to know. As the person who gave me an answer mentioned this link for further issues of me,

So I will ask it here.

Do I have to pay some money for downloading and using the licenses? the link she gave me is here:

I want to know your licenses I have to acquire according to each item below.

Development environment
- Visual studio 2010 Pro
- SAP Crystal Reports for Visual Studio

Item #1
Application type for development is Client application for external deployment.

- Install local machine runtime engine in user's PC
- PC OS is windows 7 or XP, not server version.
- Runtime engine is not installed in server.
- File extension RPT file is not deployed in set-up file.


Item #2
Application type for development is Server application for external deployment.
- Install local machine runtime engine in user's server.
- Server OS(windows 2008) uses 25 users.
- User terminal server.
- File extension RPT file is not deployed in set-up file.

    Item #1

    - The runtime license is free for Windows applications deployed external or internal to your organization.

    Item #2

    - The runtime license is free for web app deployed internally only. Externally deployed web applications do require additional licensing and you will have to contact sales for more details on that. For location of an office closest to you see this:

    For a bit more info re. licensing see the SAP Crystal Solutions Licensing documentation. However note that for externally deployed web apps, you will have to contact sales.
