vendor exchan. rate in MIRO

for Singapor VAT, we need to calculate input tax based on SGD, my local currency is USD, if we have US dollar invoice, we can't capture tax amount in SGD because we cannot use third currency due to headquarter control, since our group and local currency, how to show tax amount in SGD based on vendor exchange rate(vendor exchange rate means every day, different vendor will give different USD/SGD exchange rate for MIRO),

Do we have to enhance MIRO, in that case, how about other non singapore company code, are they affected?
