In Move-In / Move-Out Scenarios, IS-U can inform CRM to perform contract changes by calling function module 'ECRM_CONTRACT_CHANGE'.

The situation I am facing is how to inform CRM to perform changes about Rate Category?

Can this 'ECRM_CONTRACT_CHANGE' be capable of that. Or Are there any function modules that I can refer to?

Hi,

Please implement below badis:

ISU : ECRM_CRM_DOWNLOAD

CRM : ECRM_DOWNLOAD

Also do the settings at below location in CRM :

SPRO->CRM->Industry Specific Solutions->Utilities Industries->Transaction->Settings for Contract Replication->Maniatain Customer Enhancement

The rate changes in ISU can be replicated to CRM in this way also?

Hi Xin,

You can take this approach; have used it.

In CRM, it will update CRMD_ISU_CONT table.

I have a little question.

Can this approach be capable to handle the delta load of Rate Category change? That means delta changes can be replicated to CRM immediately upon any modifications to Rate Category.

Yes Xin, it replicates immediately via BDOCs.
