Hi to everybody!
I have problems when I try to load data from an Infocube to another one.
I generated an Export DataSource from the source-infocube, then I replicated that datasource. After I created the infopackage and schedule it immediately, an error occurs and no data is updated.
The system says:
"Error message from the source system
Diagnosis
An error occurred in the source system.
System response
An error occurred in Extractor"
Any idea?
Thanx a lot
Hi to everybody.
The same SQL error occurs when I try to update data from an Infocube into another one.
Whitin the transaction RM21 I can see that an SQL error of type 600 occurs.
Here the details:
Module name......... dbtran
Line................ 7275
SQL function........ FET
Table name.......... /BIC/VZ_IC
SQL code............ 600
After the attempt to access a database table the database system has
returned an error code which indicates that the operation concerned
could not be performed successfully.
The text of the system log message shows the error number, an
identification of the operation and the name of the table concerned.
The following abbreviations are used for the database operations:
CLC - Closing a database cursor
CRT - Creating a table on the database
DEL - Deleting table entries
EXE - Immediate execution of a database operation
FET - Reading one or several records of a database cursor
INS - Inserting one or several records into a database table
PRE - Executing a PREPARE operation
SEL - Executing a database selection
UPD - Changing one or several records in a database table
My question is:
Should this kind of error be dependent on my incorrect settings (errors I have made), or instead it doesn't depend on me but depends on "other" reason (for example errors concerning the server)?
In both case, how I can resolve or approach this problem?
Thank you very much to all of you.
Luca.

Hi Siggi,
I follow your instructions but the same error occurs.
My Datasource isn't visible in rsa5 datasource-tree, but I see it in rsa1(under the tab sourcesys, under myself sourcesys).Anyway I investigate about the type of error that occurs, and I discover that System Monitor signals an SQL Error.
Any great idea?
Thanks a lot, best regards.
Hi,
Database error 600 means Deadlocks. Here we have to findout the reason to occur deadlocks. So that we can avoid the next time occurance. So Gothrough the dump analysis and system monitor(SM21) for further information.
