Forecast assignment block

Hi,

On Opportunity screen, there is a button called "Create New Follow Up". On Opportunity screen, in Forecast assignment block there is a button called "New".

Now my requirement is to change the functionality of New. When NEW button is clicked on Forecast assignment block - It should do exactly the same as "Create New Follow Up" which means it will create a new follow up document on New.

Hi Sal K,

Create an event EH_ONNEW and write the same code what ever is there in the event  when u click"Create New Follow Up"

Hi,

"Create Follow up" is at the top area of opportunity details. I could not find from which component/view these buttons are being displayed. Could you please let me know from where these buttons are coming on opportunity screen. Component and View name please?

Sal,

Select the Create follow up, and click on F2.

a pop up opens up with the details of component, COntext node, View...

You should get it !!
