Unable to open connection to host NWDS

Dear SAP gurus.

I have a issue when I trying to connect a DTR.

Originally the repository was in AS400 (host: pgsap), was upgraded to AIX (chdjmd).

After upgrading when I try to download the code I get the error "Unable to open connection to host".

The issue is that the NWDS tries to connect to host pgsap instead of connecting host chdjmd.

I need connect to host chdjmd no to pgsap.

I tried deleting the folders .dtc & .dtr but the NWDS still trying to connect to the wrong server.

Regards,

Victor Carmona.

Hi Victor,

please ensure in the CMS webui -- Landscape Cofigurator -- Track data that the hostnames are really pointing to the new dtr hostname. If yes, then resave the track, because this will rewrite the server side development configuration. After this please remove the development configuration in your NWDS and import it again.

Please let me know if this helps.

Ervin

Hi,

I meant the Change Mangement Service Webui you can access this way:

http://<host>:<port>/devinf  --> then select CMS and follow my instructions from the previous post.

Dear Ervin,

You're right the hostame are ponting to other dtr in the secction "Track data".

In the image we can see the wrong Design Time Repository URL (pgsap01).

First change that value DTR URL I need change the values (CMS URL & SLD URL) in "Domain data" section?

Regards,

Vcitor Carmona.

Hello Victor,

one addition to this: if you change the SLD URL please also consider this note:
