I need to setup a new measuring point catalog code group and the codes for the new group. The code group is for down time. And the codes are for things like, WAITING LABOUR, WAITING PARTS, ACCIDENT and OTHER DOWNTIME.
I think I can do this in,
Plant Maintenance and Customer Service -> Maintenance and Service Processing -> Maintenance and Service Notifications -> Notification Creation -> Maintain Catalogs -> Edit Catalog
and then add it in the Characteristic attributes catalog.
Is that the correct way to do it or should I be creating a new catalog and how are the catalogs and code groups linked to measuring points ?
