Customs declaration incompletion message

Hello experts,

When checking messages on customs declaration, I get the following error message but double clicking on it takes me to field "Supplem. Unit Qty" in "General data" tab in items but its grayed out.

Item 1: Unit of measure not determined for the statistical quantity

Message no. /SAPSLL/CUS_ECC245

Can you please help?

Hi Satish,

That Tariff Number (2710199000) is required to be reported in kg and litres, but it looks like you have not maintained the UoM conversions from PAI to KG or PAI to L.  Proceed as follows:

1. Maintain the conversions in the Master data (either in the feeder system and re-transfer, or directly in GTS).
2. Clear the Tariff Number field, and press <Enter>.
3. Re-enter the Tariff Number, and press <Enter>.

The supplementary quantities should now be seen, and the incompletion check should be satisified.

Thanks Dave. That was part of the problem.

Rest of it was UoM PAI was not defined for the numbering scheme we use.
