103 Mvt Type Copy as Z03 with accounting Entry

Sir,

i try to do copy of 103 movement type for damaged materials for insurance claims. so i copy 103 as Z03. and i try to input the account group, but its not in crate mode or change mode also. its disabled only. how to add accounting gorups in this area and i have to assign gl accouts in OBYC for account postings. kindly clarify my issue immediatelly.

a 103 movement does not do any accounting entries, hence a Z03 which is a copy of 103 does not behalf differently.

a goods receipt into valuated blocked stock can be done with 107 movement.

However, it will not post to a different account than specified in your PO.

yes , its my discussion, in my sap no 107 mvt type. i have only 103. how to assign account group for that new mvt type Z03. or any chang i have to do for that ? explain me.

you should change your process and not the transaction.

what you try to do is not possible in one movement. you either need two movement, a normal receipt and a subsequent goods issue

or you need to change the PO, e.g. adding a new line with account assignment of your choice for above case and reducing the original item by the damaged quantity
