" SAP paging overflow when storing data in the ABAP/4 memory" dump coming while extrating data in rsa3

hi,

while extrating data through generic data source in tcode RSA3 this dump is coming

" SAP paging overflow when storing data in the ABAP/4 memory"

while fetching it should fetch 20 lakh record but it's not and going for dump

can any one help me ?
