SAPWAS Load Java Contents ERROR

Step 17 in installation hangs there and the software does not install. The error message is from MAXDB. It tries to create a table. Looking at the log I do not see the time where it created an MAXDB instance. Anyway I tried to install it 5 times it just does not go.

Changing time and whatever GERMAN setting does not help.

Help ??????
