ADRN2 feild in EKPO

Hi ,

I am not clear as to how the ADRN2 feild gets populated in case of certain POs/ certain line items in the PO.

When the PO is created using ME21/ ME21n and the plant address is determined by the system as the delivery address, the ADRNR and ADRN2 feilds are

both blank. However , when i make some manual changes in the delivery address at the item level, the new address no. gets saved under ADRNR .

However, I am not clear as to when does the ADRN2 feild gets populated in EKPO? If I need that feild to have some value in EKPO, what do I need to do?

I have read the existing links on this subject, however could not find any that answers this clearly.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
