System copy error

Dear Expert

I am execute sapint.exe for system copy (homoginues) for shfit to new system, it's given error as we desiable to antivirous also.

ERROR 2012-12-08 14:28:32.879
MOS-01185  The subkey 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Core Mail Protection' does not exist on the 'localhost' host.

Do you have any Antivirus software related Symantec? If they exist in your system, please first uninstall it first and then try again.

Dear Experts

I am still facing the same problem in system copy I do some steps

1. Disable Antivirus

2. Check Host file

3. Disable Windows firewall

Error sheet are attached

Kindly Help us.

Have you checked SAP note 1752335 as suggested earlier ?

Yes I have check

I found error as "core mail"

I am could not understand why core mail given error

Also disable UAC, disable DEP and restart server. After that rerun SAPinst.

Hi Sanjay,

Please check the host name in host file in windows.

Also check the Windows firewall is on or off ?

Exact same problem but for different Windows service.

User account permission need to be added for the service reporting error.
