Deploy a customer specific solution

Hi Experts!,

I am having some trouble deploying my customer specific solution,

I was able to get it activated and the status is currently deployed ; When I attempt to look for my extension fields i fail to see them within the by design ui.

is there a step i need to do after the deployment?

Why can't i see my extensions fields? my tenant is currently in preproduction could that be the cause?

Did you set the business configuration objects, sets and stuff?

If you do, just try to scope your solution, maybe that's your problem!

Hi Melvin,

yes i did set the business configuration object to

Business Option (i am uncertain if this is the correct one)

What do you mean SCOPE my solution? in development everything seemed to work fine the extensions fields would show up as well as the logic behind would work.

Thanks i spoke to the consultant responsible for setting up the environment, and he set-up the Scope for the project.
