Alert Not Triggered when Suppress Multiple alerts is checked

Hi Experts,

   We have created an alert category with fixed recipients and created a Rule with the Suppress Multiple alerts checked.

However, when an error occurs we are not able to get any alert emails.

However, if we un-check the check-box, we get the alert emails.

We are on PI 7.1 EhP1.

Hi Ravi,

Are you getting Alerts in Alert Inbox other than  email? Please try to create another Alert Rule and check.
